A group of contemporary artists currently studying on the Masters programme at Swansea Metropolitan University present a diverse collection of art works. This exhibit showcases art that negotiates the boundaries between intuition and prescriptive theory in contemporary practice.
The emphasis is very much on individual practice in contrast to shared themes, ideas and perspectives. Disregarding this collective approach, these Wales-based artists engage with a broad range of themes and work in a variety of mediums including painting, drawing, video, performance and mixed-media installations.
The end result is one that aims to engage and intrigue its audience.
