David Dunne’s work manifests in the interconnection between art, nature, science and technology. Dunne’s practice embraces Video, Audio, Live art, Installation and Sculpture.
His work has been influenced by the Arte Povera movement in making site-specific interventions evolving from ideas of entropy, working with the notion of chaos, collapse and transformation.
Working on the notion of an art object or state-in 4 dimensions operating within a void without parameters, the object transforms and repels in a unified field.
Looking into the dark confines of space, this work endeavours to function visually as a state within a state forming a reality that is neither physical, tangible and internally without form.
